The hotel is in the best part of town, near the local market that has been shut-down. the rooms are clean and comfy, with good WiFi. Breakfast is awesome, with a variety every morning. the staff is friendly and always helpful, going out of their way to accommodate guests' needs. Free secure parking is available in front of the hotel.

Limited dining options near the hotel, but the in-house food is top-notch.

Clean hotel, excellent staff, great and absolutely perfect location near stores around town. Big room overlooking city. Location just off the historical district, Santa Ana Cathedral and the local market. A wide range of food options not too far away from the venue.

The hotel offered exceptional customer service, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to meet my needs. the location was perfect, near shops and restaurants in the best part of town. the rooms were clean and comfy, with excellent WiFi connection. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious every day.
